Shipping Policy
Shipping times depend on several factors. Standard shipping typically delivers very fast to USA. Deliveries to most other counteries arrive within 2 weeks.
Express shipping to Hong Kong and Singapore (the most popular "express" destinations) is typically 2 to 3 days. All orders can be tracked from door to door.

The "flat" standard shipping rate of AUD 10 applies to the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, UK, Ukraine and USA.

If your country is not eligible, the express shipping rate is AUD 40.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because all charms are made to order, returns and exchanges are typically not accepted. This does not include situations where the delivered charm is wrong or faulty (e.g. PayPal Buyer's / Seller's Protection applies).
Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel or ammend orders once they are placed/accepted. You can however still add more items to your order for bundled delivery.
